Making a Credit Card Payment using the ARMS Front-End Portal

Applying Payment(s)

Learn how to apply payment(s) 

1. Login to your front end portal by visiting https://accounts.recoveryoutcomes.com/

2. Navigate to the side menu on the left of your screen and select 'Payment' 



Payment Screen Details

Payment Enrollment - Displays your enrollment start date through the current date

Item - Each item represents a service 

Charged - Displays the total amount charged from the date of enrollment up to and including the current date

Paid - Displays the total amount paid from the date of enrollment up to and including the current date

Balance (In Red) - Displays the current amount owed

Pay Now - Input area to designate any amount you would like to pay now
3.  In the image above you can see the charges are listed by item and include the amount charged, paid, and current balance due. Enter the amount you would like to pay in the 'Pay Now' column of the item you would like the payment to be applied to.

4. Click the green [ >] button at the bottom of the view once you have entered all of the amounts to navigate to the next screen

5. Enter your card information

6. Once complete, click the green [ >] button to proceed

7. Review the Terms and Conditions of the site and check the box to acknowledge your agreement of them 

8. Click 'Process Payment' to complete the transaction
