Deactivating System Users

1. Navigate to the top left of your screen and select the menu button  to open the side menu.

2. Navigate towards the bottom and select 'System', then select 'Manage Users'.

3. Select the name of the user you would like to deactivate.
In this example we will choose John Smith.

4. Select the 'Status' drop down menu and select 'Inactive'.

5. Select the green 'Save' button located in the upper right hand corner.
This will remove all system access and prevent that system user from logging into the system.
If you ever need to reinstate access for the user navigate back to this screen and simply choose 'Active' from the status list and don't forget to 'Save' again.
